Promise to sell agreements signed in Marne-la-Vallée by EPAMARNE and EPAFRANCE

The “promise to sell” agreements signed by the Local Planning and Development Authorities in Marne-la-Vallée over the past few months include the following:

  • Over 26 hectares of land were commercialised in Bussy Saint-Georges towards the construction of an SME/SMI business park by real-estate developer SPIRIT, as well as close to 6 hectares of land to build the head office for DIPSAMATIC, a company providing automated beverage dispensing.
  • Close to 5 hectares of land located in Chanteloup-en-Brie will be hosting the head office of TOUROUL CHEVALERIE, a company selling carpeting and furniture fabric. Another real-estate project involving 2 buildings intended for commercial premises, showrooms and office space is planned on another 3.5 hectares.
  • Close to 1.3 hectares of land, also in the municipality of Chanteloup-en-Brie, are intended for the settlement of APAHM, a company providing transport services for the motor-impaired.
  • Close to 3 hectares of land in Collegien will host the head office of DUARTESFER France, a company specialising in the construction of metal structures.
  • Close to 1.5 hectares of land in the municipality of Chessy will host a mixed project of office space and manufacturing workshops intended to receive JPF, a building contractor.
